No charging light on an Inspiron 1545
I just bought a new Dell Inspiron 1545, and I have plugged in the AC adapter to charge it for 12 hours. However, there is no light on the laptop itself to indicate it is charging, only a steady blue light on the adapter. Does this mean the laptop is in fact charging?

Control Panel under power options
In the BIOS, F2 at boot, the battery charge status should be shown there

Put your cursor over bottom right over battery icon and it will tell you if its charging also plug icon on battery.
