OMCI pegging D610 CPU 100% via SVCHOST

Has anyone had a problem with Dell OMCI holding the CPU pegged to 100% for several minutes on a D610?  If you open Task Manager, you see svchost.exe as the offending task.  There is little or no disk activity when this is going on.  Removing OMCI solves the problem.  The offending version is 7.5.0.630.

 

I've had reports of OMCI doing this on the D600 as well.
