Print Screen - Latitude XT

We have two Latitude XTs running Windows XP Tablet 2005.  FN+F11 will take a snapshot of the desktop; however, we are unable to find the correct key combination to take a snapshot of the Active Window.  I contacted Dell through the online chat and they were unable to figure it out.  I later received a reply from someone at Dell that said, "I had some of our lab people research this issue and they state that there isn’t a way to capture the active window on an XT".  Their suggestion was to use a third party product.  If this is a Windows Logo certified product, how does it miss this basic functionality?  Has anyone here had any luck?
