Reformat Dell
I have a Dell Inspiron 1100. It has win xp on it. How can format this because it has a virus, without discs? I am new to this so please if you could give me step by step instructions it would be greatly appreciated.

You can't -- and the system is too old to have a quick restore. You'll need a Windows XP disc.
