Replacement CD/DVD for Inspiron 1545
just had a strange end to a Chat with Dell Rep online.
I'm looking for a replacement CD/DVD that came installed on my 1545. I couldn't find one online so chatted. The rep told me there was one in stock. they told me the price $69.99 + Tax.
I asked for the part # so I could check it out. They then asked me for
,"Agent (Abhinav V): "May I have your full name, home phone number, billing &
shipping address in order to complete customer verification please so that I can
create a quote for you"
. Uhh????
Really don't see a need for that Info.
(I still don't have a part# for a replacement. Any suggestions anyone)

It's a standard issue SATA drive, so if you want new,
www.newegg.com/.../Product.aspx

Part # T190M (Blu-ray ROM / DVD-RW ODD Module)
