Smart issue - Studio XPS 13
I recently upgraded Bios to version A11 from A7 on my Studio XPS 13..
I ran the Dell PC Checkup then. I got a message at the end of the scan that I have had a SMART Status Test failure.
"The scan failed with following error: StatusUndefined- The SART status information indicates status code 000h."
I can read smart values of my HDD with SpeedFan and the disk is OK, all values are normal. What can be wrong?

If the system has a solid state drive, the error may not mean anything. If you have a conventional hard drive and see a SMART error, back up ASAP and replace the drive.

I also upgraded to Bios A11 and am now getting the same results during a scan. I made the update about 2 weeks ago and have been seeing the problems since then. All of the scroll features for my touch pad have stopped working as of today also. Can not find any soulutions on the web for this new issue.
