Spilled water

I spilled about a cup of water on the keyboard of my Dell Inspiron 1525. The laptop had been on & plugged into the charger. After spilling the water, it didn't turn off or freeze up, it sitll operated normally. I dried the water as much as I could, unplugged the charger, and turned off the laptop. We took off the back cover, exposing the motherboard, to let whatever water that had seeped in, dry. No water dripped out, and it barely looked wet. What should I do now?
