Streaming Video won't play on any browser. Dell XPS 13

This problem started after I tried updating my drivers. When I load a video on a page, the preview image load but it just hangs there. This happens on any website, Youtube, Vimeo, Facebook, Netflix, Google Play Movies. It also happens on multiple browsers like Internet Explore, Chrome, Chrome Canary, Firefox and Opera (funny thing, in Opera the youtube ad plays with no audio and can never get to the actual video).

The only fix is to restart the PC. The problem always returns after the computer wakes up from sleep mode.
