System Restore to eariler date.
I was restoring my dell inspirion 1525 to an eariler date when I accidently interupted the restore. Now I canot use the web. It boots up, and is online, but the web is not accesable. What if I reinstall the windows operating system, would this fix the problem?

Try an IE (Internet explorer) Reset/browser reset and check if the web is accessible.
This Reset varies between browser to browser.
Follow the below mentioned steps to Reset IE (Internet explorer):
• Click on Tools.
• Select Internet options
• Under “Advanced” tab and click Reset.

If IE reset would not work then try to do a system restore, restore to the previous point once again and wait until the restore is done. System restore would be the best option as it data on the computer will remain safe.
