The Latitude C610 Laptop display got flustered suddenly without dropping it.

The Latitude C610 Laptop display got flustered (lots of horizontal lines across) suddenly without dropping it. Seems like the LCD got problem. Besides, I am sure there is no video driver conflict as I connect it to the monitor and I can view it clearly. Only on the LCD display is flustered. Does anyone get any idea? Is it fixable?
