Touchpad Tapping

Hi

I bought a Dell Inspiron 15R 5520 last November and also purchased the upgrade to Windows 8 Pro.

When I log into my Dell account to view drivers for my service tag, it suggested the following TouchPad driver:

11.3.3.5, A04

Since installing this driver, I cannot turn off touchpad tapping. It is so annoying.

I open up the Dell Touchpad Config, uncheck the box and it works - first time only. I then reboot and touchpad tapping is re-enabled yet the box is still unchecked in the Dell Touchpad Config? Nothing I can do will then disable the tapping again.

Does anyone know what is going on? These are the most up to date drivers and I have tried re-installing the drivers, un-installing the touchpad and re-installing it, yet the issue still exists.

Any help please, its driving me nuts!

Thanks!
