USB 3.0 In Inspiron N5110

I purchase a disk on key Super Talent Express Duo USB 3.0 (http://www.supertalent.com/products/stt_usb_detail.php?type=Express%20DUO).

I Downloaded the STT drivers from their site (http://www.supertalent.com/support/download/SuperTalent%20USB%203.0%20Drivers.zip).

When I connect my drive,  Windows 7 will pop up a notification: "This device can perform faster if you connect to Super-Speed USB 3.0 port".

My  Disk on key works as an USB 2.0 Device and not working as a USB 3.0 device.

I try to change the port thousand of times and nothing.

I try to reinstall USB 3.0 Host Controller Drivers (Downloaded from Dell Support page, Renesas Driver 2.0.32.0, A00) and nothing

I try to reinstall STT Drivers and nothing

Any Ideas?
