Upgrading memory(RAM)
Dear All,
I have Dell Vostro 1015 with Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU T6670 @2.20GHz 2.20Ghz with 8 GB RAM i want to upgrade my RAM(memory) to 16 GB. Can this can be done. please help me?

Hi Prasad,
Dell Vostro 1015 has been tested for DDR2 800 MHz with 4GB max. However I see that you are using 8GB memory on the system and its working since the Intel chipset GM45 supports maximum 8GB RAM. The 16GB RAM upgrade is not possible.

One last question:
is it possible to add a graphics card to it?? i.e - graphics card name or number.
