Hi, do you have problem playing a movie  after 10 minutes of playing the movie freezes for a minute or more, then continue playing and makes a dragging noise? Dell send me 10 replacement of my CD/dvd device but still did not solve the problem. I uninstall and install the Intervideo WINDVD4 but no luck. I have Inspiron 8200 with 512 MB, 60GB, 2.4GHZ. Please advice. Im frustrated and dont know what to do. Thanks.
