Vostro V131 Fingerprint

Hi

I have a Vostro V131 that fingerprint driver hasn't been installed yet. I downloaded the driver from support.dell.com but it failed to install due to some unzipping error. And now my fingerprint censor isn't still running yet. Anybody can help?
