When ever I plug in new device either through USB or even ethernet port for internet my dell inspiron N4050 laptop's touchpad / trackpad starts behaving very weird....

Dear Friends,

When ever I plug in new device either through USB or even ethernet port for internet my dell inspiron N4050 laptop's touchpad / trackpad starts behaving very weird....it gets so sluggish, it hangs and when you try to use it it's zoom in or zoom out ...it doesn't move properly....& it's really irritating..

I have tried updating the touchpad driver / re-installing touchpad driver but that doesn't seems to change anything. 

Is anyone else facing the same issue..is there any solution to this it's really irritating...
