Windows 7 Driver problems with Latitude 3540

I am having some small problems installing device drivers for  Win 7 on my new Latitude 3540. I have installed all device drivers and everything seems to work ok, yet when I look in device manager is says there is a USB controller without a device driver. See Image

I also have a second issue, not sure if it is a problem, When I use the system analysis in Dell's product support I am always told that 3 drivers need updating, despite the fact I keep installing them.

Any advice would be most welcome
