dell pp10l pentium m d505 audio drivers

i just got a secondhand dell laptop to watch dvds and play an old game on i like but i cant get audio drivers. i installed an xp with no sp and tried an sp2 but it wouldnt work or win 7 i tried downloading realteck like 2.1 and it wouldnt work because a file was missing and then realtek 5 or something and it said i need sp1 or more any ideas where to get drivers that work from?
