ssd doot drive instead of dvd drive in inspiron 15r se 7520

HIi,

I want to install an SSD in my inspiron 15r se 7520 instead of the dvd drive. And then I want to clean install  windows 10 on the SSD. Is it a good idea to do this or are there better options?
