the "/" key popped out of my new Alienware 18 within days of use!
Hello, the title nearly says it all.
This is outrageous! I paid 5000$ for this laptop - it is new and the "n" key is ready to pop out since day one, while the "/" key is out already

I'm extremely sad with the keyboard quality. this is not something one would expect from such an expensive laptop. And i'm not saying it doesn't deserve the money - with the speed it has and the things it can do it does - but keyboard to brake within days of use is unacceptable.
What am I to do now? I'm in greece - where could i possibly find another keyboard or something?
5000 USD.. and to think I was oh so excited when it arrived. all my friends were thinking of it...

i bought it on ebay... from the US. i paid 500+USD import charges as well.
Should i send it back now, who knows what happens

Note: If you permanently relocate to another country, complete the International Tag Transfer form in order to transfer your limited warranty and service contract.

Kindly transfer the ownership if you are staying in Brazil for more than 6 months to avail warranty services.
SERVICE CONTRACTS TYPES THAT ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE.
Return to Depot, Complete Care, Same Day, and Parts Only contracts are NOT ALWAYS AVAILABLE FOR TRANSFER outside of the region the coverage was purchased in; please review your contract agreement purchased for more information.
Axim’s, Streak’s, Venue’s (or Dell Smartphones) are NOT AVAILABLE FOR INTERNATIONAL TRANSFER.
