Charger battery and keyboard issues

 i don't know If my charger and battery are original cuz my Pc which is Dell is charger selective so I bought new charger nd new battery but the battery dosent last If i charge it  I don't know what the problem is  I've both bought new charger nd battery the problem still persist but I don't know if they re original nd Even the arrow keys on the key board don't work at all
