Imaging Dell Optiplex 7040 with ImageAssist

Hello,

We recently switched over to the Optiplex 7040 here at my financial institution. I am trying to mount our Windows 7 image on it using Dell Image Assist. I have downloaded the new driver CAB file and put it into the "Dell_Driver_CABS_Local" folder. The image restores fine and I see that it installs the drivers with no errors. When I reboot the system however I cannot load windows. It freezes and just loops. I did some research online and I believe it is related to the hard drive that I am using. My Optiplex 7040 is using the NVMe SSD 256GB from Samsung and I read that there is some compatibility issues with Windows 7 in regards to drivers. What I am confused on is if I downloaded the latest driver CAB from Dell then what am I missing.

In the BIOS I have the following settings enabled:

BIOS Version 1.2.8
Secure Boot OFF
Legacy Boot
Enable Legacy Option ROMS ON

Please help!

When imaging Windows 7 to NVMe type drives, bios must be set to UEFI to build the image.  Once this has completed, then it will boot correctly after the image is laid down.
