You cannot run NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780 on the 14 yr old model. That requires much newer hardware including a psu of 600w min. Put the money towards a new or newer model computer. See the specs here.

To play Mass EffectLegendary Edition on PC, your gaming rig will need (at a minimum) an Intel Core i5 3570 CPU, an Nvidia GTX 760 GPU, 2GB of RAM, 120GB of storage space, and the Windows 10 operating system

i5 2570 is 25% faster than AMD Phenom II X4 965

GTX 760

Minimum Recommended System Power (W) L 500
  Two 6-pin

Inspiron 570 cpu

• AMD® Sempron™
• AMD Athlon™ II X2/X3/X4
• AMD Phenom™ II X2/X3/X4

Power
DC Power Supply
Wattage 300 W

you can upgrade pc to old Dell inspiron 660 that has i5-3570 and a PSU with 2 6-pin to play this game at min.  old AMD phenom cpu is just not great at gaming compared to intel.

Buy a newer model 9020 tower or better XE2 Tower.

Then wait for GPU prices to come down.

Most GPUs now including the GT1030 are 200 to 900 percent over priced.  Totally not buying an RTX 2060 or better for OVER $1000. Nor will I pay $200 for a GT1030 or $300 for a GT1050TI.
