Dell 0C2KJT Motherboard Ram upgrade
Im trying to upgrade my old ram Samsung 6gb (2gb x 3) 1333mhz 1.35v to Hyperx 8gb (4gb x 2) 1333mhz 1.5v ram. My desktop is a Dell Inspiron 580 with a Dell 0C2KJT motherboard. I looked up if the motherboard was able to and it said it was but when i install it i get stuck on dell loading screen. The ram works in my friends computer and my old ram works fine still. Was just looking to see if the motherboard could use the new ram or not and if it can how do i get it to work?

You'll have to ask Kingston about Hyper X RAM compatibility. This is an older, relatively low performance system that doesn't necessarily work with performance RAM that has aggressive timing. Older systems often don't work with high density RAM, which is likely what you've purchased.
If you want RAM guaranteed to work, try Crucial.

0C2KJT is Inspiron 580/580S motherboard aka DH57M02 Chipset H57 Socket 1156 you have to install LOW Density Compatible ram in Pairs.

you mean inspiron 560 right>
this is gen 1 processor from 2008 design and 2010 production.
and as such many DDR for sure big sticks will not work using 2019 logic stick in 2008 PC i3-330 , MMC< will not work.
that is why dell can't sell them nor can crucial or Kingston.
you even got the voltage wrong.

that 2nd link is a photo of the old GEN 1 CPU you have
that is the hard logic for your MMC, controller DDR>
this MMC only support what it show.
voltage is only 1 of 9 things to consider, and you picked that wrong, sorry.
old ram with 1.5v is now rare now, so good luck finding that,
newer PCs had dual voltage DDR support yours, i think does not, and the manuals all show 1.5v only
good luck finding new DDR that will run on old GEN1 processors. it can be a challenge.
