Dell Inspiron 560s with BIOS A06, Compatible Processors

Hi,

I want to know all the processors that are compatible with Dell Inspiron 560s with BIOS A06. I'm upgrading my desktop's graphics card (Zotac GeForce GT 730 4GB Zone Edition), RAM (to 8GB) and CPU.

But, I don't know about compatibility this motherboard.

I chose some CPUs:
1. Intel®  Core™2 Quad Q9550
2. Intel®  Core™2 Quad Q9650
3. Intel®  Core™2 Extreme QX6850
4. Intel®  Core™2 Duo E8500

Are these compatible with the latest update of BIOS of this motherboard?
