Dell Roxio Creator Starter

Question

I upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10

Today I wanted to make a Repair Disc, and it tells me I have no burner..

Can someone explain, how I can get the Dell Roxio Creator Starter, back in. I also need the download for this..Will it also run on Windows 10..

The version that shipped with Windows 7 is just about certainly not Windows 10 compatible.

You can use the Microsoft tool for making a recovery disc (a flash drive is a better idea than an optical disc)
