Inspiron 20-3048, BIOS updated, fans loud/make a high noise
Hello,
After upgrading my BIOS the fans starting to make loud noise every time PC runs. When turn off PC after that time the fans stop. Otherwise the whole times they make a loud noise. I use Dell Inspiron 20 Model 3048. I downgraded the BIOS but it doesn't help. Help me please.

Reboot and immediately press F12. Look for the option to run Diagnostics and run the fan tests. If you get an error message, the fan may have to be replaced.
Otherwise, it's possible the thermal paste between CPU and heat sink has dried out and needs to be replaced.
Check the Service Manual for this model, but working inside an AIl-In-One isn't simple, so maybe you should take this to a professional if it's beyond your abilities...
