Inspiron 24 3452 Video Out

There is a similar question posted from last year that didn't really get answered/resolved. I don't see a way to dredge it back up, so I'm reposting practically the same question. My 3452 obvious doesn't have a video out. What I'm trying to do is essentially set this up in a laptop/docking station like situation where I have extended monitors. It blows my mind that this isn't an obvious feature.

For video out, I've seen it recommended to purchase a dongle and I went that route (kinda) purchasing some unnamed nation's online garbage through an unnamed auction website. That didn't work. I tried explaining to the seller that I needed something to tell the computer to export video to the USB port ... I needed some sort of driver. The device came with a disk which contained some unnamed nation's garbage software and needless to say, there were no instructions.

So … if I again purchase a USB3.0 to HDMI dongle, how/what do I need to do to export video to the USB port?
