Inspiron 3000, ac adapter error

Inspiron 3000 series getting alert ,bought new power adapter still getting alert

 

 Alert! A 0 E A.C. power adapter has been detected, which is less than the recommended  65 W  adapter originally shipped. The system will adjust the performance to match the power available. Please contact A DELL 65 W adapter or greater for the best system performance."

I would have tried a genuine Dell 90-watter instead.

Was the one you bought genuine Dell, or a clone?

So, there's that. Maybe there is a hardware/board malfunction inside the machine.

I already posted what I would try. Also, that tiny-needle pin reads the digital-identity of the AC-Adapter (SMPS). There is also a DC-DC Converter circuit inside the machine.

A clone but why did it happen with original dell 65w

A clone but with a certificate and high reviews and the original power cord that it was running on did the same

If the center pin is damaged and or motherboard is damaged and or the POWER SOCKET is damaged.
