Inspiron 5675 (Gaming Desktop), network issues

When I try to connect my PC to the internet wirelessly it say's "can't connect". I've tried restarting my computer and the router. I've even called tech support to fix the issue but they couldn't solve the problem. I'm not sure if it is a software or hard ware issue. Please help!

Try the Network Troubleshooter by opening Settings, Network & internet.

Ethernet wires are nice, sometimes even better or more helpful than WiFi.

Wires remove multiple layers of network complexity (even if just used for Internet-connectivity trouble-shooting).

New PC or existing PC with new problem? Can other devices still connect via WiFi to your network?

And look in Device Manager to see if the WiFi card is listed and if it's marked with an ! or an X.  Is any "unknown device" listed in Device Manager?
