Yes, I know that AMD is replacing the bad processors. But since this is a pre-built system, and not one I assembled myself, am I still the one who has to take the CPU out and RMA it with AMD or is Dell supposed to do this?
I talked to Dell support, they said I should call the Israeli division. I'll give that a go next week and see what happens. I'm not expecting much, though. I don't even think they sell this model locally, so they may not even have the spare parts even if they agreed to replace the chip.
