Is it a real maximum angle of the stand? Or I should apply more force to unbend it?

According to the quick start guide. That is the maximum angle. I would not force it as that could break the stand.

The plug is so long that I have to move my table away from the wall at a distance of 7 cm!
It is not good for me that my table stands away from the wall.
And I cannot move the PC, as it will be too close to my eyes.
Is there any model of power cable with a short plug that I can purchase and use with my Inspiron-2350?

The problem is with the length of the plug into the computer and that cannot be changed. Try moving it to the right or left instead of straight back if that's possible. Then it would be just a cable width for clearance. You need a deeper desk instead of a short shelf.

Thank you for your reply. The plug is not flexible, I cannot move it to the right or left. And unfortunately, I cannot change my table. I hope, it is possible to change the cable.

Why not move the PC closer toward the front of the desk so the plug is over the desk and only the wire goes down in between the desk and that wall?
Or maybe get somebody to drill a hole near the the back edge of the desktop and feed the power cable up through there. That way the desk can be fully flush against the wall.

RoHe, thank you for your reply.
As I wrote in the first message, I cannot move the PC closer toward the front of the desk because this is uncomfortable for my eyes.
Drilling a hole will not resolve the problem (see the screenshot in my first message).
