Inspiron 7567, internet slow but not other devices

Typically on my internet i get around 100mpbs download on wifi, and up to 200mbps on ethernet. However, after being gone over winter break I came back and can't seem to get more than 5mbps download on either. Obviously, this is a huge difference. I've restarted the router and my computer several times each, and it has not improved. It is definitely my computer specifically, because other devices on the network are connecting perfectly fine with much faster speeds (ie. my phone is getting ~60mbps download). I've tried most of the obvious potential fixes, but can't seem to figure it out :(
