Just a blinking white line?
a white line in the bottom of taskbar blinks always and not in whole screen it only blinks in the left half screen i have buy dell inspiron 3252 desktop a week ago and the light blinks from the day when i bought it.
Now, help me what can I do.

As this is a new PC, best to contact Dell support. Only Dell support can get it corrected under warranty, if there is a problem with the new PC.
