Windows 11 update KB5010386 crashed my Inspiron 5570

Hi,

The latest Windows 11 update (KB5010386, Windows 11 build 22000.493) crashes my Inspiron 5570 when the log-in screen is displayed after restart. I have re-installed the PC several times, updated the drivers with the latest version from Dell, but still the computer fails every time after the new Windows 11 update.

The blue screen error is: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL.

The speaker makes a large soud before it crashes. Everything worked fine before the update (verified with Dell SupportAssist).

Please fix the issue now.
