Windows 7

Trying to install a fresh copy of windows 7 i got the USB recovery key from dell, and i get and error code , ( could not load 1st script module (129) aborting process. anyone have any ideas? thanks

Usb recovery keys from Dell are one time use.  This error indicates it has been used to recover on a machine already.  There are also companies that say they are dell that are not actually dell.

You will have to make your own recovery key or better skip 7 and use windows 10 1803   DVD and install using the I don't have a key method.  Then Activate using your windows 7 key online.

Windows 7 reaches end of life in about a year. You are better to Download a Windows 10 Version 1809 ISO from Microsoft and perform a clean install using your Windows 7 Pro Key. Alternatively you can attempt to Download the Dell Skylake ISO from Dell for a Windows 7 Pro OEM License.
