inspiron 23 model 5248 series cannot access any wesbites at ALL
hi, recently my dell inspiron model 5248 could not access any websites. i use google chrome, and Microsoft edge, but neither of them work. on google, i can easily pull up gmail and drive and look up things, but when i click the hyperlink, it keeps loading and loading, yet it won't access it. the same goes with microsoft edge. we have to use the computer a lot for my dad's work, and it's really taking a toll on us. please HELP!

Have you scanned thoroughly for malware recently?
Is some software running that's restricting access to various sites, eg your anti-malware suite?
Have you talked to your ISP? It might be a DNS server problem on their end of things, and verify with them that the DNS settings are correct on your PC too.
Are you connecting to the internet using an Ethernet cable wired to a modem or via WiFi? Either way, have you rebooted the modem and WiFi router?
