17" 7000 series 2-in-1 Need a smaller charger plug

This 17" 7773 notebook must reside in a very narrow space. Unfortunately, I didn't take into account the one inch length of the charger plug, which extends from the side of the system & prevents it from fitting in the available space. I tried this right angle adapter, but it extends out almost as much as the Dell charger plug. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0798Y36PL/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00 Per the Amazon description, the electrical connector is a 4.5mm type. My objective is to find a charger plug that doesn't extend more than one-half inch from the side of the system. Before I start carving away plastic on the OEM plug, is there a charger with a smaller plug, or a more compact right angle adapter?
