Active pen not working
I have a dell inspirion 7586 and I bought a dell pn557w. It states on the dell website that dell inspiron 7586 2in1 with uhd is compatible with the pen. My laptop also has a sticker saying "active pen compatible". I set up the pen. It connects to the laptop through bluetooth and the top buttons work but the pen doesn't write. I can't install the control panel for the pen either. should i replace it? if so, which one should i get?

Unfortunately, in looking at the compatibility specifications for the pen here it does not show your computer model number listed. Please see our Private Message for additional information.
