Audio Interface turns off randomly

Hi. I have a strange case of using external audio card.

It regularly stops working. When this happens, all audio programs stop receiving and sending signal, all currently playing media just stops, but at the same time device manager still defines interface being plugged and reports that everything is working, and the interface itself seems just fine. After restarting the AI, everything works again, but it continues to happen every several hours.

I'm using Dell G5 15 5587 laptop with Windows 10 Home and Roland UA-22 interface, but it never was the case with other laptops and computers.
