Keep in mind that your model is 6 yrs old now so there could be a new computer in the near future.

@Mary G I have the same laptop and it's not available on that list. Can you send me the direct link to the battery I can buy? My service tag # is also not recognized. My laptop is perfectly fine. I do not need a new one. I just need a new battery...
