remove the battery, and the CMOS battery connect the notebook to the power source turn off the notebook, recharge the batteries, and turn on the notebook the BIOS memory must be factory reset and you can use it normally

You'll need to place a voice phone call to Dell support for the unlock password. Be prepared to verify your ownership of the system.

They will verify that your name, address and phone number match those of the registered owner.

No, that won't help. The password on Dell notebooks is stored in EEPROM, not battery-backed CMOS memory.
