Black screen at startup continues indefinitely, #2
Folks, I have a Dell 11-3153 2 in 1 laptop. On startup the Dell Logo appears and goes away with a continuous black screen. Has power (caps lock indicates power). Totally unresponsive except to power down. Powered down multiple times, unresponsive to F2 or F8 or F12 commands. External monitor indicates black screen also. Performed hard reset, no luck. Any thoughts how to resolve?

I have the same problem on my dell precision 5510 after resetting.
I did diagnostics but no hardware issues. Seems some bios/driver issue. Can some one help here please?

I do not know why this is happening but I have found that my laptop works fine when cold.
Thus NO BLACK SCREEN when I start up as long as I keep my laptop in the fridge.
Try it and see if it works for you

No idea why this works, but maybe it could be a temporary solution for others as well. If your laptop automatically starts up when it is plugged in, try plugging it in with the screen closed. You don't have to wait long, but when I then open the screen, the dell logo is there!!! Currently stuck in a pandemic so not many other options available, so this weird trick has saved me for the moment.

The Only Solution Change the Battery. Pls Do not do any R & D. It's a Company made fault. There is no another solution of this problem... It's not a Internal hardware or software problem
