Cant restore Dell Inspiron mini 1010

Inspiron mini 1010 with Windows XP and it has a lot of junk documents and its slow and the sound does not work so i decided to perform a factory reset so i pressed control + f11 and it beeped like normal but just went into Windows XP so kept trying different timing and different combos like alt + f11 and f8 I also tried reading through at many community's but nothing worked so please reply if you have a solution.

There may not be a restore partition.

Back in those days, I got a Windows XP CD and drivers CD with the Dell PC.

Can you go into BIOS and see if there is an option to boot from USB?

Once we have that answer, then we can decide what to do next.

There is no repair to be done when the restore partition isn't there.

Do you the XP CD?

If you you can, rip it to an ISO file and use Rufus (freeware) to create a bootable USB flash drive.

Or you can borrow a USB CD drive.

Either way, you will need to install XP from scratch.
