DELL 7573 2 IN 1 mouse pointer jumps to top center of the screen frequently

I am using Dell 7573 2 in 1  and i am facing a weird issue is that when ever i am working after some time the mouse pointer jumps to top center of the screen and hangs there and after that touch screen stops responding also . Then if i reboot the laptop then everything works fine and again after some time same issue.

updated drivers again but after that also facing the same issue and in the below image if u see in box it is like that
