DELL Inspiron 7506 2n1 - Sometimes only the left side of the touchpad is working

I have a strange problem with my Inspiron 7506 2n1. Sometimes (e.g. after wake up from standby) only the left side of the touchpad is working. The right side of the touchpad is completly dead. After a view minutes the right side is working again. This problem is very annoying. Is there a potential solution to the problem?

This version of Dell Inspiron is very disappointing. I had the screen broken and the part was not available any where. Then dell engineer fixed that for me for around $270. When I received the laptop back, the right side of the mouse was not working. Now I am using external mouse. Disappointed with this product.
