Inspiron 15 7590, Chromecast 3 not working

Hello,

Everything works as it should except for Chromecast 3. It works for everyone else on windows 7,8,1,10 but not me. I see my Chromecast and I have a connection. I will connect, but after I connect, the screen will slash and nothing can be done. I can project 1 second and then nothing.
