DELL factory restore
My old Inspiron 530 Desktop had a very useful “get out of jail free” program built into the computer it was:
DELL factory restore, you keep hitting F8 during boot up then follow instructions your computer was reset to the original factory image, of course unless you backed up first you lost the lot but at least you were out of trouble, you had to reinstall whatever programs had been lost.
Is this available on DELL Inspiron 5575?

The procedure is slightly different in Windows 10.
Google for Dell's KB on the topic.

I thought it was a DELL program as it worked before MS started up, in the past I had to use it a few times as the computer locked after boot up so could not use MS system restore?
