Dell 7577 Automatic ShutDown while gaming

Guys please help me whenever i play any games , the gameplay is smooth and there is no fps drops but after 15 to 30 mins of play the laptop gets overheated and automatically shuts down by itself and this problems every time 

so can u guys please suggest some ways to avoid these
