Dell 7577 Thermal issues

Hey, before a few month i updated my laptop BIOS from 1.7.0 to 1.8.0 and i got thermal throttling , Temperature up to 92 C at BIOS 1.7.0 max i got 70 C , i tried to downgrade BIOS to any previous version i got this error "ME firmware endupdate failed error 0x00002236" .

Can anyone tell me how to solve this issues?

Place a fast spinning table fan directed at laptop's bottom air intake vents  while gaming and then games run at constant 60 fps, ex: gears 5
